Still working on Wizard of Oz stuff here and there – here’s what I have to date – some of these my regulars have seen!
A couple of Corporate Memphis style here. Done in vector, Inkscape, which is an Adobe Illustrator equivalent. Mainly just produced these – probably a few more in the next week – for showing Illustrator skills.
Also, I wanted to produce a game art style concept art piece – I’m going to be doing more of these. This piece is showing the landscape of Munchkinland, down the yellow brick road, through the rich farmland. Off in the distance is the Wicked Witch’s land sheathed in darkness. Produced in GIMP.
And my current 4 character design illustrations. For these I initially made a stipple drawing on paper with pen and took them into GIMP for the finished painting.
